The lower section of the Petrohué is a perfect trip for family groups. This section is slower paced and affords plenty of opportunities for relaxing, swimming and fishing (fishing license is required). We stop at lonely beaches to have breakfast and lunch, hike or bird watching. You will also come to know much about the local flora enjoying breathtaking landscapes passing by. Until reaching our take-out in Ralún we pass a beautiful day in nature accessible even for people who are not likely or in means to exhaust themselves.
