Our Cancellation Conditions

Our trips can be cancelled according to the following scheme:

Time before Activity starts	Percentage of Refund
at least to 30 Days	80%
at least to 2 Weeks	50%
at least to 1 Week	30%
at least 1 Day	20%
less than 1 Day	0%

This activity may be suspended for adverse weather conditions before starting the activity. In this case, we will refund the paid amount deductive of a 20 % in order to cover part of the expenses we incured preparing your trip. After starting the activity there will be no refunds.
