We offer, by means of our small family-driven company, a cordial service, customized activities, and a wonderful opportunity to approach Chilean culture, nature, and a simple nature-bound family.

So we are very proud to have earned the distinguishing quality seal for the activity with the most demanding requirements: Our most popular activity – the Summit Climb to Osorno Volcano – has been certified during the first quality enhancement project of the Chilean Tourism Bureau (SERNATUR) to be conforming to the national High Mountaineering Standard for Commercial Trips, NCh 2951. This makes us the first outdoor activities tour operator to obtain this quality seal. And we are now bound to apply the same criteria of excellence on our complete offering of activities.
Location: Ralún, region 10. Altitude: 1600m over sea level. Mount Kiñehuen with its steep forested flanks and its snow dripped summit sits in the surroundings of Ralún. Early in the morning we start our way up by the bed of a rivulet opening us the way through thick forests. Coigües, notros, canelos (a sacred tree to Chile’s Indian people), avellanos (the Chilean hazelnut), and giant farns are to be seen on our tour which offers us an unforgettable outlook over emerald green Petrohué River and the flushing green valley of Ralún. At about 1000 m above seal level we enter into alerce woods where millenarian alerce trees impress with their long history.
