Guevara Tapia y otra) has an excellent reputation for
safety and concern for the comfort of excursionists on
their activities. As a participant in such, I understand
that I and the under aged children in my care must listen
and obey all instructions from the guide. By signing this
notice I hereby acknowledge and understand that outdoor
activities (i.e. mountaineering, trekking, kayaking, horseback
riding, biking etc.) made available to me during my excursion
with Kiñehuen Expeditions & more ... entail
some inherent risk. I hereby release and hold harmless
the owners and operators of this establishment (José
Guevara Tapia y otra) for any consequent damages or injuries
incurred during my stay and participation in such activities.
I also acknowledge the receipt of information and instructions
in order to make the activities as safe as possible.
Any activity may be suspended for adverse weather conditions
until 6 pm of the day before its beginning. Please understand
that the establishment may behold up to 50% of the amount
you paid to cover the costs waisted for you until that
moment. Once the activity started full price is to be
paid.
