Here are the steps you have to follow to make a reservation for any of our trips or services:
- Decide exactly what trips and/or land services you want to book with us. Keep in mind that we can assist you with reservation for hotels, cabins and hostels, transfers, side excursions, local air and bus tickets and most of the services you might need for your upcoming trip to Chile.
- Contact us for a complete quote of your trip.
- Read our Terms booklet.
- Fill, sign and FAX (+56(65)212086) the reservation form. This is mandatory to process your request.
- Payment: You can make your payment through transfer to our accounts in Germany and in Chile through the touristic forum 'Lagos & Volcanes' by BancoEstado. Our tours and services require a 20% non refundable deposit. The balance has to be paid 14 days before departure date. Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to departure will be subject to a forfeit of cost corresponding to the cost incurred by Kiñehuen but not more than 50 percent of the tour’s price.
- Once we receive that information we will process your request immediately and inform you of the status of your order by e-mail. We will send you the voucher(s), invoice(s) and trip information.
