As a participant in such, I understand that I and the under-aged children in my care must listen and obey all instructions from the guide. By signing this notice, I hereby acknowledge and understand that outdoor activities (i.e. mountaineering, trekking, kayaking, horseback riding, biking etc.) made available to me during my excursion with Kiñehuen Expeditions entail some inherent risk. I hereby release and hold harmless the owners and operators of this establishment (Rösler y Guevara Ltda.) for any consequent damages or injuries incurred during my stay and participation in such activities. I also acknowledge the receipt of information and instructions in order to make the activities as safe as possible. Furthermore, I hereby acknowledge that I am responsible for the equipment made available to me during my excursion.
